Playing leisure sports or wanting to win: whatever your goal, be efficient!

“Make your training hours efficient and useful!”.

Motorsports require 4 items in percentages, different depending on the discipline:

1.The competitiveness of the available material, which can be compensated by the following 3 points.

2. The technical skills to drive it.

3.The physical and cognitive capacities to drive it.

4.The mind to be able to achieve points 2 and 3 at 100%.

Without point 4, the rest cannot be done correctly

It is therefore not enough to work and improve only one's physical capacities.

Training takes time, which is often precious. Whatever the level, the hours spent in training should be useful and productive. They must generate the improvement of the necessary skills, with the ultimate goal of better performance in optimal safety.

The preparation of your season must be planned and followed

The optimization of your possibilities begins in winter.

The specific preparation must be complete.

Maintaining your opportunities during the season is essential!

The reasoned (leisure sport) or rapid (professional) return of your abilities after an injury is essential

Your training must be complete and optimal

For this, no sector should be neglected:

  • General physical preparation,

  • Specific training,

  • Development of brain capacities,

  • Neuromotor training,

  • The work of visual abilities, concentration and mind,

  • Training specific to the sport practiced (riding/driving within the framework of mechanical sports)

Planning goals

What? Objective in the discipline

When? Start date of preparation, target deadline

How? 'Or' What ? The means made available to achieve the objective
