Motorsports require 4 items in different percentages, depending on the discipline:
1.The competitiveness of the available material, which can be compensated by the following 3 points.
2. The technical skills to drive it.
3.The physical and cognitive capacities to drive it.
4.The mind to be able to achieve points 2 and 3 at 100%.

It's therefore not enough to work and improve only one's physical capacities.
Training takes time, which is often precious. Whatever the level, the hours spent in training should be useful and productive. They must generate the improvement of the necessary skills, with the ultimate goal of better performance in optimal safety.

Development of neuromotor capacities
Less known and yet ESSENTIAL to make a difference!
Development of cerebral capacities, training of vision and concentration will ensure optimal management of stress and fatigue.
Neuromotor training: it's optimization of the connection and the coordination between the neurological system and the musculoskeletal system. This allows control and optimization of the sporting gesture for maximum performance.
General and specific preparation
Learning, developing and harmonizing overall qualities without looking for performance will allow the improvement of identified weaknesses and the development of new skills.
Tests and evaluations carried out at different times of the season allow training to be built and progress to be monitored
Development of the physical qualities specific to the discipline is made according to the technical-tactical choices and the individual. The work of technique stabilizes while that of tactics progresses.
This preparation can be carried out in conjunction with your coach if you are already being followed.
